The Sales Training Manager, CNS will:
- Be responsible for the design, development and
implementation of Sales Skills Training Programs for the CNS Specialty Sales
- Be responsible for updating, maintaining and
delivering New Hire Training, as well as addressing the ongoing training needs
of the entire sales force based on sales direction.
- Act as a facilitator to prepare, coordinate and
deliver Training Programs and "Train The Trainer" Programs.
- Act as Instructional Designer to design Training
Programs, manage vendors and developmental partners and update ongoing programs
designed to help achieve corporate objectives.
- Understand and apply Adult Learning Principles
and be well versed in all phases of instructional design.
- Assess ongoing workforce development needs and
recommended training strategies with Sr. Management to meet those needs.
- Work in partnership with franchise in-line
marketing and sales management to support initiatives from a training
minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
minimum of 5 years of successful and consistent track record in Healthcare
sales is required. Specialty Pharmaceutical or Biotech Sales
and/or completion of a Management Development Program is preferred.
presentation (platform) skills are required.
creating training programs is preferred.
business acumen skills and managed markets experience is strongly preferred.
ability to be a self-starter, goal oriented, comfortable with a changing
environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to
work as a team member is required.
position requires the ability to travel as necessary or required, which may
include overnight and/or weekend travel - up to 20% domestically.
