o Work closely with end-users to understand and respond to their needs. o Identify opportunities to improve business processes using Salesforce. o Catalog and help prioritize Salesforce enhancement requests. o Develop Salesforce solutions to meet user needs. o Monitor Salesforce usage and develop user recognition programs o Monitor and help maintain quality of information managed in Salesforce o Provide end-user training for new users and on new functionality • Administer Salesforce o Manage Salesforce user setup and security group assignments o Provide compliance reporting as needed • Special and ad hoc projects, as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Experience with Salesforce as well as strong general systems proficiency. Good understanding of business processes and operations. Excellent analytical skills – able to represent complex business processes in manageable pieces. Ability to communicate with a diverse audience – able to effectively present information and respond to questions. Strong self-management skills – able to independently manage one's own time and priorities. Proven project management capabilities highly desired. Enthusiasm, energy and creativity – able to successfully advocate for implementation of CRM best practices.
