The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for architecting, documenting, building and delivering intelligent, robust solutions for our employees and clients using Salesforce. In addition to Salesforce platform, the Technical Architect will be responsible for developing solutions that will leverage Dell Boomi, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and other technologies. The Technical Architect must be able to communicate well with clients who have varying technical abilities, as well as with staff. Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with client business objectives Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation Develop custom solutions and interfaces Recommend build vs buy when It comes to third party integrations for the Salesforce stack Demonstrate a deep knowledge of all Salesforce product offerings and recommend new features and modifications Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers Demonstrate technical thought leadership Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used Provide detailed estimates Coach and mentor junior technical resources; own responsibility for ongoing technical development of technical resources Lead Salesforce release management efforts, including migration of data and build across environments Attaining and achieving position competencies in relation to role responsibilities CONTACT: Daniel.Collazo@RHT.com
