Role Summary/Purpose

As a member of the Operations Team, you will be supporting complex shared service clients and their day-to-day needs. You will be the first point of contact when these clients need help with enhancements, bugs and support issues.

Essential Responsibilities

You will be a key team member planning and coordinating releases. You will be responsible for ensuring changes lined up for Project releases are tested and signed-off before each release. Adherence to Center of Excellence's best practices for configuration and custom development of Salesforce is a key ingredient to success in this role.

In this role, you will:

* Partner with COE's shared service clients to understand requirements and come up with the best possible solution using standard and custom functionality on Application

* Provide direction and guidance to technical team members on projects and ensure quality product is delivered

* Manage tickets logged by Users and act as the primary contact for all inquiries related to these tickets

* Aggregate metrics on tickets worked on by the COE team on a weekly basis and present them in status meetings

* Create clear and concise functional and technical documents, Standard Operating Procedures, diagrams and other Support documentation


Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.

* Minimum 3 Years of production support and development together.

* Minimum 3 Years of experience.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Desired Characteristics

* Salesforce ADM-201 or DEV-401 certification

* Java programming background
