The Single Family team is building the enterprise CRM (eCRM) practice using Salesforce Cloud from the ground up. Our vision is to build an integrated Single Org CRM Platform that supports multiple business units delivering business capabilities using Agile development and delivery practices. The platform enables cutting edge technology products through continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) in the Salesforce cloud. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong consulting skills; ability to collaborate with architects, developers and business units to apply best practices to Salesforce platform solutions
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, is a self-starter, embraces continuous improvement, and is execution-oriented
  • Great communication skills and ability to clearly explain complex concepts
  • Ability to document and communicate Best Practices
  • Governance design experience is a plus

Entry Level

  • Participate with team of technical staff and business managers or practitioners in the business unit to determine systems requirements and functionalities needed in large/complex development project.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Administration, Salesforce data models, and development using Apex, Visualforce, data integrations, and reports and dashboards.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant preferred.
  • Assess and develop high level design requirements for project and communicate in writing or in meetings with development team. Assess detailed specifications against design requirements.
  • Review coding done to advance application upgrade, extension, or other development. Analyze application for data integrity issues.
  • Develop test protocols or plan for testing revised application and review test results.
  • Serve as project lead or lead technical staff in course of application development project
  • May mentor less experienced technical staff; may use high end development tools to assist or facilitate development process.
  • Project management experience and ability to work closely with technology vendors.
  • Hands on experience with enterprise level proof of concepts.
  • Flexibility to adapt to organizations existing processes and willingness to challenge status quo as needed.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce cloud solution with enterprise applications, identify, and access management and 3rd party products.
  • Excellent customer/client relations and general good business acumen.
  • Marketing cloud experience is beneficial.

Mid to Senior Level

  • Working Knowledge of the iterative development methodology including Agile Scrum methods.
  • Working Experience writing Force.com Apex classes, triggers, components, VisualForce pages, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) queries.
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce data security and Salesforce data models
  • Hands on experience with data migration
  • Experience working in financial technology in development, integration, support
  • Experience in developing proof-of-concepts working with product and business users
  • Working experience with the Visualforce development tool set.
  • Experience with GitHub and Eclipse.
  • Development skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience with API's (SOAP, RESTful).
  • Experience using Salesforce.com data tools (e.g., Data Loader, Excel Connector, etc.).

Senior Salesforce Administrator & Integrator

  • Salesforce full lifecycle implementation experience utilizing Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Administration, and Salesforce data models, and reports and dashboards.
  • 3 years' relevant Salesforce administration experience including experience with Salesforce workflows, security, roles/permissions, configuration, and formulas in Sales or Service Cloud. Salesforce Apex development experience highly preferred as well.
  • Hands on technology experience building Salesforce integrations using Apex and Apex Integrations
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) preferred.
  • Experience utilizing tools such as JIRA, Rally, DOORS and subversion/SVN.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate key Salesforce performance indicators to all levels of the company.

Senior Salesforce Developer

  • Salesforce full lifecycle implementation experience utilizing Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • 4 years' of experience in Salesforce development including Salesforce Custom Objects, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services and migration tools.
  • 4 years' experience with web technologies (HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery, JavaScript).
  • Salesforce Developer (Dev 401) certification highly desired with other Salesforce certifications (i.e.: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, etc.) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce release and change management process.
  • Experience utilizing tools such as JIRA, Rally, DOORS and subversion/SVN.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate key Salesforce performance indicators to all levels of the company.

Lead Salesforce Developer

  • Salesforce full lifecycle implementation experience utilizing Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • 6 years' of experience in Salesforce development including Salesforce Custom Objects, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services (AWS, Azure) and migration tools
  • 6 years' experience with web technologies (HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery, JavaScript).
  • Salesforce certifications highly preferred - Salesforce Developer (Dev 401), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and/or other related Salesforce certifications.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate key Salesforce performance indicators to all levels of the company as well as leading Salesforce implementation, integration and other related projects.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce release and change management process

Salesforce Solutions Architect

  • Salesforce full lifecycle implementation experience utilizing Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • 6 years' of experience in Salesforce development including Custom Objects, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services (AWS, Azure) and migration tools.
  • 6 years' experience with web technologies (HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery, JavaScript).
  • Salesforce design, architecting and solutions experience on at least 2 related Salesforce projects
  • Salesforce certifications highly preferred - Salesforce Developer (Dev 401), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and/or other related Salesforce certifications.
