Job Description
Our clients are focused on improving business performance, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations, and extracting value from transactions. Our growing Consumer Markets industry team provides strategy, management, technology and risk consulting services to help a diverse set of clients around the world anticipate and address their most complex business challenges. This industry vertical team includes​ Consumer Products, Retail, Travel & Transportation clients.​

Our Salesforce consultants help clients solve business and technology challenges related to improving customer and employee experience. This high performing team leverages the Salesforce technology and platform to help clients transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities. Typical engagements are a combination of sales transformation, service transformation, marketing transformation, analytics, force platform based innovation and development, change management and training.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2


Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree


Degree Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related areas


Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success specific to the following areas: -Documenting of customer problems and software solutions using BRDs\\FSDs, wireframes, diagrams, workflows and mockups; -Leading customer facing discovery sessions to conceptualize and design complex business solutions; -Presenting and communicating with technical, non-technical, end-user, and executive audiences; -Developing of SQL with a RDBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server; -Understanding of sales process and methodologies; -Applying knowledge of the interactive marketing industry. -Having familiarity with HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript; SOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration techniques; SDLC methodologies including requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance;


Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in learning and performing in the following areas: -Leading consultative engagements with customers on the technical and business challenges related to their e-communication initiatives; -Presenting high-level overviews of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and integration capabilities; -Interacting with both technical and non-technical customers, attain relevant technical and business requirements, analyzes information and designs comprehensive solutions; -Creating, managing and presenting an actionable BRD/FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer's business needs to that of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution; -Conducting solutions presentations and obtain customer acceptance to solution design; -Identifying project issues and risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve; -Validating solution components and provide solution walkthrough with customer. Guides customer through solution deployment; -Managing multiple client engagements and work with associated team members; -Supporting Account Executives and Go To Market teams with sales opportunities by validating solutions; -Producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
