Minimum 5 years of configuration/functional experience with SAP Ariba 
Bachelors degree
Ability to commit to 100% travel

Must have strong client facing skills 
Excellent project management and project leadership skills 
Ability to lead business process design workshops/discussions 
Strong understanding of end to end Source to Pay processes. 
Strong industry knowledge. 
Must be able to discuss leading industry processes/practices with clients 
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment   
Desire to work in an information systems environment   
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills   
Excellent leadership and management skills
Strong project management experience. 
Experience leading and guiding multiple teams. 
Strong functional, technical and integration skills. 
Prior consulting experience.
