IBM is searching for a Hybris Customer Engagement and Commerce (CEC) Project Manager (PM) to join our team. This is a leadership position within our IBM SAP Hybris consulting practice. As an IBM Hybris PM you will lead team members and projects. The PM works as a consulting team leader on product implementation, design specification, architecture, enhancement, integration, or audit/review projects. Project complexity may vary from fairly straight forward to moderately complex, with single or multiple products (commerce. marketing, CRM/C4C, billing). Work efforts focus primarily on managing the delivery of functional requirements and technical architecture, designs,development and deployment services on engagements ranging from short-term IBM consulting to full life-cycle implementation projects. Duties often performed at customer's site. Operate under minimal supervision on medium to large size projects involving multiple products and/or platforms. Also perform sales support for client project pursuits. Additional responsibilities include ensuring hybris and IBM Best Practices, Mentor others, review others work, own the overall delivery of hybris projects, estimate time frames, quality and quantity of effort required to successfully implement the project, and establish criteria/estimates concerning deliverability. The candidate will also be responsible for performance, maintenance, design and costs, lead hybris project teams in the design, development and deployment of custom hybris solutions, conduct periodic status checks with customers and team to assess progress against plan, performs re-forecasts of project variables as necessary throughout project, and utilize project management methodologies and Agile/Scrum to support the project timeline.
