Position Overview
The SAP Risk and Compliance Analyst will be responsible for planning, performing, monitoring and reporting on components of varying complexity in regards to IT compliance as well as other assigned projects within areas of the Company. Performs assigned portions of IT compliance programs, determining compliance with policies and procedures, monitoring, and recommending corrective action.
Responsibilities include:
  • Performs assigned components of moderately complex compliance tasks with moderate supervision, which may include planning, risk analysis, customer interaction, testing, and reporting procedures in accordance with appropriate professional and department standards
  • Plans and executes compliance reviews
  • Develops work programs
  • Works with Internal Audit, external auditors, management and staff to identify feasible resolutions to control weaknesses and opportunities for improvement
  • Act as a GRC IT Business Steward and takes action on SAP access requests submitted in GRC for employees and contractors
  • Perform periodic reviews of employee access to in scope SAP Environments
  • Document and maintain security process/policy documentation

    • Possess analytical, data management, critical thinking, organizational, research, oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
    • Must be capable of working under minimum supervision, planning and conducting IT compliance reviews
    • Demonstrates the ability to analyze, identify and solve problems while using sound judgment. Able to implement solutions to address business issues. Knows who to involve and takes appropriate action
    • Must be able to interact well with customers and react to department management needs
  • Proven experience working with Excel and Power Point, and developing and maintaining various analyses and reporting tools.


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications.

Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in IT risk and compliance, IT governance, IT auditing or an IT related field
  • SAP Security Knowledge & Skills - security as it applies to any or combination of SAP modules
