SAS Master Data Management Developer Description Maintain a clean, safe, fast, friendly, and fun environment for all guests, team members and company assets. The focus shall always be on ensuring a safe and comfortable environment while maintaining a positive can do attitude with an emphasis on the highest level of guest service for both external and internal guests to the facility. The primary responsibility of the position is to enhance and manage the SAS MDM solution at our client. This includes development, requirements gathering, maintenance, testing, and support of the solution. Manage and enhance the "golden record" view of a customer on Teradata. This includes building tables and views on Teradata to propagate things like contact preferences which will be used for Marketing and BI purposes. The secondary responsibility will be to assist in application and ETL development. This position will work in conjunction with the developers working on Marketing, BI and IT applications. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Create, Modify, and Maintain SAS Data Quality processes and framework; including ETL and new data sources. Expertise in the SAS Data Management software platform including but not limited to SAS Data Management Studio and Data Management Server is required. • Responsible for creating and maintaining all documentation relating to the SAS Data Quality and golden record. • Works with the developers to prioritize projects assigned to the Application Development team. • Responsible for the complete development lifecycle of the agency software systems; including gathering requirements, database management, software development, testing, implementation, user follow up, support and Project Management. • Expertise in object oriented development such as C# or Java • Responsible for the Integrity, Maintenance and changes to the Application Development Servers and Databases relating to the SAS MDM environment. • Desire to learn new technologies • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbal written) • Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. • Excellent organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail are a must • Will work on special I.T. projects as needed. • Meet with department directors and managers as necessary • Other duties as assigned.
