Department Overview The Small Business Loan Administrator I provide Customer service and loan administrative support in a high volume, centralized loan center environment supporting Business Banking lending officers, Store personnel and external Customers. The Small Business Loan Administrator I monitor accuracy of data to reduce risk and ensure regulatory compliance. The job ensures that own work is in compliance with applicable Business Banking credit policy, guidelines and procedures. Job Description •Provides Customer service support to market personnel and internal credit staff.

•Ensures complete and accurate data input into the origination system assisting the preparation loan documentation.

•Interacts with internal staff to ensure seamless service and timely processing of loan applications.

•Follows established Customer notification procedures, including approval, decline and counter-offer. Job Requirements •High School Diploma or equivalent experience

•0-1 Year of related experience

•Analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.

•Attention to detail.

•Communications skills, both verbal and written.

•PC skills.

Customer service skills. Hours 8-5 Inclusiveness
