The Appointment Scheduler will perform a variety of specialized administrative assignments to support the third party distribution sales team.

 

  • Planning and scheduling meetings, appointments and conference calls
  • Preparing and editing correspondence
  • Completes and maintains logs and CRM
  • Provides general administrative assistance
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or required

 

  • Successful candidates will have 1 year or more of professional work experience
  • High School or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intermediate computer skills- Microsoft Office and Windows
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
