Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Minimum of 5 years of application development experience
  • Must have professional experience in 1 or more of the following: Java, .Net, or AWS

Preferred Skills

  • Senior level experience in coaching and guiding Agile software development teams
  • Passion for Iterative Development and Continuous Improvement, striving to improve the Agile process used by the team
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban and other Agile development techniques
  • Experience working with developers, technical architects, product owners
  • Solid technical background
  • Certification in agile an advantage
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, AngularJS, AWS, MS Azure an advantage
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, SAP HANA or similar applications
  • Experience with Visual Studio and team Foundation Server (TFS) an advantage
  • Understanding of automation testing, DevOps, test driven development, continuous integration, continuous delivery or micro-services an advantage

  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Demonstrates leadership and collaborative interpersonal skills to engage and motivate team members
  • Ability to synchronise with non-technical teams to deliver product releases smoothly, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work with vendors and stakeholders to identify project risks, constraints and dependencies
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team in a fast paced agile environment
  • Understanding of web and mobile development concepts and patterns
  • Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
