If so, we are currently looking for a highly motivated software development engineer (sde) to join our growing organization which provides technical solutions that enables Software as a Service (Saa that S) i n the Oracle Public Cloud.

Job Responsibilities:

This person will:
  • Work closely with senior developers, architects, product management, IT and Operations teams
  • Be involved in the complete product lifecycle: design, prototype, development and maintaining of the technical solutions that makes SaaS a successful business

He/she also pos ses the following knowledge :
  • Core Java, including: concurrency, class and interface design, runtime class loading, reflection, use of generics.
  • Python
  • Database: Core JDBC, SQL, and knowledge of schema design
  • U NIX /Linux environments - RedHat or Oracle Linux a plus
  • Tools : ant, shell scripting , etc.
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus: J2EE, web services, identity management, SAN/NAS, high availability architectures, scalable design and deployment, virtualization.

Qualifications:
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
