We are working with a client in Memphis for a Senior Information Security Risk Analyst and a Senior Information Security Analyst. Nice to have would be someone with a background in: Encryption (PKI), Cloud Security, Medical device Security, Vulnerability Management, Wireless Security, Pen-testing (penetration), IoT Security and others. This client is open for someone to relocate to the Memphis area. If interested please contact Lauryn Yackel at KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for Information Security Analyst: -- Installs, implements, administers, monitors, and maintains all security architecture technology solutions. -- Extensive knowledge of security architecture technology solutions such as firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), vulnerability scanning and management, anti-virus management, certificate management, and data loss prevention (DLP). -- Monitor network, systems, and logs to ensure availability to all systems. Investigate and respond to all potential incidents in accordance with prescribed procedures and perform data forensics to help determine scope and root cause of the security incidents. -- Facilitate periodic risk assessments, penetration tests, and vulnerability assessments and make security enhancement recommendations to management. -- Research, evaluate and recommend information-security related hardware and software to maintain a strong security posture, including developing business cases for security investments KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for Information Security Risk Analyst: -- Ensure the appropriate level of information security is utilized based on industry standards, best practices, HIPAA, HITECH, and other regulations by developing repeatable processes to identify, evaluate, and measure IT security risk. -- Develops and reviews security policies, procedures, and standards. -- Perform IT security risk assessments of both new and existing in-house and vendor-based systems. Recommend, design, and construct risk/security metrics, policies and standards. -- Manage the remediation of audit and security review findings and recommendations. REQUIRED for both roles: Associates degree in Information Technology or related field 2+ years of applicable Information Security Certification in at least one or more of the following: Security+, CISA, CRISC, or CISSP
