Global Custom Commerce is seeking an exceptional SEM Manager with a track-record of success managing campaigns at scale, to help us continue along our path to success. The Manager’s main goal is to lead and scale our Shopping campaigns (aka PLAs) while also supporting the broader paid-search and digital marketing program.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
20%- Develop and execute Shopping (aka PLA) strategy for a portfolio of brands, deploying millions of dollars in ad-spend and being accountable to meet visitor, new customer, revenue, and margin goals; within ROI and budget targets.
20%- Oversee day-to-day management, including bid management, keyword research, campaign taxonomy, geo/device targeting, product feed management and optimization etc.
20%- Define measures of success for channels; deliver insights and actions based on KPIs. Monitor campaign results, analyze key trends and continuously optimize performance.
20%- Produce reports and summaries in a timely manner with clear-cut communication, including market, economic, competitive, consumer, and shopper insights.
10%- Create spend-plan with revenue/visitor forecasts based on historical data and market forces.
Scale customer acquisition efforts through continuous optimization, testing and experimenting without fear of failure.
10%- Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to further increase market-share; potentially researching/piloting new digital channels.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in a field of study related to the job.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
HTML, CSS, SQL, tag-management, Tableau and/or Photoshop
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies
Digital-marketing experience with at least 3 years of managing multi-million dollar PPC and PLA campaigns within an agency or retail organization
Comprehensive understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition
Experience with Adobe Analytics (aka Omniture), Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools. Hands-on experience with SEM platforms (Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini) and bid management tools (e.g. Marin, Kenshoo etc.). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience developing reporting, trend analysis, and program design.
Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal direct supervision, while recognizing the value of contributing in a team environment
Demonstrated strong business judgement and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
Innovative thinker, able to operate in strategic capacity and with laser-focus on flawless execution.
Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience in optimization and interpreting test results and drawing conclusions with experience in using ad serving, programmatic media management, and digital analytics.
Excellent communications skills (verbal, written and presentation), both in articulating his/her ideas and gathering input from key stakeholders.
