Semiconductor Product Development Consulting Manager

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Product Development systems and processes in Semiconductor industry – specifically all stages of the semiconductor lifecycle, exposure to typical semiconductor design tools and processes
  • Minimum 5 years of Lean techniques such as value streaming and Kaizen leadership
  • Minimum 3 years of managing teams
  • Minimum 5 years proven process and tools performance improvement experience either in industry or as a consultant
  • Bachelor degree

  • Bachelor Degree, CS or EE
  • Semiconductor Industry knowledge required
  • Certified SCRUM Master or Coach
  • Certified Scaled Agilist (SA)
  • Experience leading software transformation projects
  • Ability to decompose, analyze and recommend process improvements in complex technical environments
