Hirepurpose is an NYC-based company that helps Fortune 1000 employers reach and hire veterans and transitioning service members. We’re looking for an experienced and self-starting Senior Account Executive to grow our client base.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and managing a sales pipeline of enterprise companies. This would include:
- Creating and vetting lead lists
- Managing sales from prospecting to pitch to close
- Working closely with the account management, marketing, and product teams to incorporate client feedback into our products and improve our services
- Recommending sales strategy & process improvements
- 5+ years professional sales experience
- Proven ability to sell into high levels of an organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid work ethic, coachable, and competitive team player
- A passion for helping veterans and transitioning service members find jobs
