The Senior Account Service Representative is responsible for new account implementation, new product introductions and driving collections in key accounts.
The primary responsibilities for this role include: Responsibility for setting up service in new accounts to include bin placement, inservicing, physician education and working with supply chain; working directly with Sales Operations to identify and prioritize new account implementation; serving as project leader when implementing service at new accounts; performing initial pathway assessments; working with 3rd party collection vendors to develop collection schedule; providing in-service training on reprocessing and invasive and non-invasive device collection to appropriate staff; providing a high level of service by responding to any customer questions or issues in a timely manner; developing and executing plans to achieve and sustain maximized device collections; performing in-services and OR Boosts at targeted accounts to drive significantly increased collections.

This position will work with Marketing to implement new product introductions i.e; Bluflex launches; Work closely with the Regional Business Director to identify accounts that need assistance in improving collections; Develop strategies and tactics to increase collections in key regional accounts; Acquire and maintain all necessary vendor credentials to gain account access; Communicate frequently with appropriate members of the sales team and Field Service Management. The candidate selected will be committed to building a positive culture. Other responsibilities may be assigned & not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.

A requirement of this position is to travel in the assigned regions/territories approximately 45% with some overnight travel required. Travel may vary in frequency and duration.

The candidate selected for this position must reside within this territory or be willing to relocate. Ideal candidate will reside in Southern California.


Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Five or more years of service experience is strongly preferred. Prior experience in a healthcare environment with knowledge of the operating room, sterile processing, materials, supply chain, inventory control or purchasing preferred. Medical device knowledge preferred. Strong customer service skills is required. Proficiency in MS Office with strong computer skills and internet knowledge is required. A history of successfully training associates in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high degree of quality is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills, the ability to present information in a professional manner; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams, the understanding of process management; highly motivated, organized with excellent problem solving skills; have the ability to manage time efficiently and multi-task and be capable of working independently with little supervision. Must also be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
