The Senior Accountant is responsible for the accounting and reporting of Corporate Incentives – Annual Variable Incentive Plan (AVIP) and Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIP) for US and Non-US Plans, Performance Factor calculation, Deferred Stock Compensation and Severance Projects, among others. The Senior Accountant is responsible for preparing the budget and forecast, maintaining the excel files, preparing and loading journal entries to PeopleSoft, performing accounting reconciliations and preparing variance analysis on the data.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, will exhibit strong communication skills, possess good organization skills, be proactive and meet multiple deadlines. In addition, the candidate should be capable of maintaining or developing strong customer relationships and be able interact with all levels of Management.
