POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The senior administrative assistant is responsible for assisting the team at TH Real Estate. The assistant would be an integral part of the team. In addition to assisting the team with regular administrative duties, the assistant will also be expected to attend the team’s weekly meetings and will be expected to help the team create presentations for clients and prospective clients. The role requires someone who is proactive in a keeping a team of people well organized.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
 

  • Handle all travel requests from the team, including but not limited to booking air travel, train travel, and hotels
  • Being proactive in ensuring the research team is well organized such as helping manage calendars, booking conference rooms, and keeping the team organized with respect to due dates for client and prospective client presentations
  • Helps the research team create powerpoint presentations for clients, prospective clients, and conferences
  • Setting up meetings internally and with external parties and being able to manage this across the globe in various time zones
  • Answer ad-hoc requests from either the research team or the business in general to pull data from third party data vendors
  • Update and keep track of the research website
  • Works with human resources and talent acquisitions to ensure the new hire on-boarding process goes smoothly
  • Attend weekly meetings with the research team in order to help us manage calendar, work flow, etc.
  • Helps research with ad-hoc tasks and requests

 



QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Required
  • 10+ years of administrative assistant experience to senior executives
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to use excel and powerpoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and problem solve
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
