The Strategic Customer Group
within Johnson & Johnson’s One MD is recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Data
Harmonization/CCI Implementation (DePuy Synthes) to be located in Somerville,
NJ / Piscataway, NJ / Raynham, MA / Warsaw, IN / West Chester, PA / Cincinnati,
OH. This role will require up to 25% travel including a large amount of travel to Piscataway,
Senior Analyst, Data Harmonization/CCI is
responsible for partnering with the Data Harmonization and CCI Project
Management teams in developing and/validating business processes, defining
business requirements, and engage in solution design sessions to develop future
contracting solutions. This person will be responsible for Leading the analysis
of current customer, product and contracting data from multiple sources
including File Maker Pro and ERP systems, analyze business impact, and
recommend approaches to harmonize these data elements. This person manages overall
requirements for up to two DPS companies, and prioritizes deliverables based on
criticality and project timelines. This person also Leads Quality Assurance
(testing) activities to ensure product meets original requirements. This
individual also oversees consulting/temp resources that perform day to day
activities like data loading in support of the initiatives.
- Partner with the Data
Harmonization and CCI Project Management teams to develop and/validate business
processes, defining business requirements, and engage in solution design

with current and future business needs

- A Bachelor’s Degree is required (preferably in
a Business area). Master’s degree, MBA or advanced certification is preferred.
