As the Client Operations Senior Analyst, you will support both leadership and project management to ensure operational excellence in tracking of operations projects, while delivering the desired results within the agreed upon time frame and budget. You will be a and individual contributor to the team. You will help coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams that can include Benefit Relationship Managers, Configuration Analysts, Testing, QA, Clinical Ops, IT/TI, Adjudication Strategies, and other corporate organizations. These projects will directly impact the benefits adjudication and automation efforts for key clients. You will accomplish this by:
- Acting as a resource for key benefits teams
- Managing key strategic projects involving benefits builder
- Partnering with fellow adjudication subject matter experts to solve existing challenges
The Client Operations Senior Analyst assists in the development and helps manage a project plan and timeline that covers estimates, requirements, benefit coding, testing, quality assurance and benefit tracking. You will own problem analysis, solution validation, risk management, issue resolution/escalation, processes. The contributions you will make as a Client Operations Senior Analyst will position CVS Health as a leader in client satisfaction and service in the PBM marketplace.
