Johnson & Johnson Customer Logistics Services (CLS) is a global Supply Chain organization that supports operating units across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.  Specifically, Customer Services and Logistics (CLS) represent all Customer Experience, Distribution, Transportation, and Channel management for the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. This organization represents three separate sectors of the Johnson & Johnson Organization: Medical Device & Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products.  This team is represented in multiple countries, and continues to grow global visibility and responsibility.   The CLS team reports to the broader Johnson & Johnson Global Supply Chain Organization and partners closely with peer groups throughout Global Supply Chain.

Senior Analyst, Logistics Data Strategy and Analytics Responsibilities:
Establishing processes to improve management & access to data in support of advanced analytics processes and procedures
Identifying opportunities to automate & improve the performance and capabilities of both tools 
Driving knowledge transfer across discipline/business partners/Franchises to ensure creation and deployment of “self-service” capabilities
Partnering with Information Technology teams for design, development, or break/fix initiatives
Helping lead the advancement of the overall BI strategy and tool capability
Benchmarking department capabilities within J&J and with outside companies
Conducting trending and analysis, data mining, validation and maintenance to generate creation of reports and scorecards aligned to business requirements/needs
Presenting data in format that allows management to make strategic decisions; i.e., creation of an executive summary; use of PE tools and concepts to analyze/drive process improvements as appropriate
Demonstrating a sense of urgency to deliver product on time and ensures accuracy in data presented
Conducting troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues using company-specific knowledge of products, processes and contacts and develops recommendations for resolution 
Ability to develop automation tools for deployment within team and across supply chain
Supporting data mining for divestitures
Utilizing project management tools to deliver results on-time and provide timely updates to management
Communicating in all directions to keep associates, peers, and management informed of project status, process changes, and opportunities
Prioritizing and managing multiple complex simultaneous tasks and projects
Delivering daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly supply chain core metrics in a consistent and timely manner to support various management forums across Customer Contact Centers and Distribution Centers
Utilizing governance process to ensure SAP/Data warehouse supply chain reports remain valid and accurate across any system upgrades
Completing all SOX requirements for SAP automated controls

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required; focused degree in Logistics, Engineering or Business preferred; MBA strongly preferred
Minimum of four (4) years’ work experience in Supply Chain / Logistics or related function required
Demonstrated leadership and/or project management success in leading projects required
Data Mining experience to successfully organize and analyze data to meet business needs required
Experience with advanced use of various analytical/statistical tools to optimize business processes with documented business results preferred
Process Excellence certification and/or PE methodology experience or training preferred
Proficiency with MS Excel, specifically pivot tables, vLookups, and writing macros required
Thorough working knowledge to utilize the following systems to achieve business requirements preferred:  SAP, BW, Microsoft Office products (Word, Access, SharePoint), Structured Query Language (SQL), Data Warehouse Architecture, COGNOS Report Studio, and/or Tableau
Position will be located in Skillman, NJ and will require up to 5% domestic travel
