Senior Analyst - Talent Management & Organization Development

The TMOD (Talent Management and Organization Development) Senior Analyst will work within the TMOD team to design, coordinate and execute initiatives that build talent capability, enhance organization functioning, and develop bench strength. They will be involved in a range of TMOD projects including: leadership and HIPO development, workforce analytics, succession planning, change management, career frameworks, and interventions to improve team and organization effectiveness. Key customers and stakeholders include: Global Category Teams, Marketing, Global Insights, Design Center, Commercialization, Global eCommerce, Franchise, HRBPs and CoEs.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Collaborate with TMOD team and HRBPs to understand business clients' needs and identify solutions, resources, consultation approaches and intervention
  • Support the creation and execution of new programs to assess and develop capability, including functional learning programs
  • Conduct analytics on talent capability and provide data-driven insights /recommendations to inform smarter talent planning
  • Support the execution, analysis, and management of PepsiCo Core Processes (e.g., People Planning Process, 360 feedback system, Organizational Health Survey, Performance Management Processes)
  • Measure, track, and analyze key TM/OD initiatives (e.g., capability and development programs, career models and change management efforts) and help develop new mechanisms to better assess outcomes and overall impact on the Global Groups and Categories
  • Assist the development of a robust and adaptable change management and communications plan for organizational initiatives
  • Manage talent accelerator initiatives (e.g., executive coaching; mentoring; rotational assignments); track & measure progress against these initiatives & collaborate with HR business partners to make recommendations and ensure sustainability
  • Conduct necessary research on various topics / items for client interventions

Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in organizational development, organizational psychology, HR, or MBA with relevant business and HR functional experience. MA/PhD in I/O psychology or organizational behavior preferred.
  • 3-5 years of HR or TMOD experience
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills, including strong analytic abilities
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and comfort working independently
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strict attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to balance numerous tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage large data sets and derive meaningful insights to inform action strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail orientation with high performance standards and commitment to quality
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SPSS required and other survey design programs (e.g., Qualtrics) preferred
