Senior Associate, HR Analytics
As a Senior Associate within the HR Analytics team, you’ll be part of Capital One’s Talent community. Working closely with our Line of Business executives, HR leadership, Recruiting partners, and I/O Psychologists, you will be responsible for designing, validating, and implementing innovative survey programs that support shared business goals by ensuring that Capital One engages and supports top talent across the employee life cycle.
Ideal candidates will display a strong balance of analytical and problem solving skills, business consulting and communication competencies as well as the ability to work in a dynamic team environment. You’ll be a subject matter expert regarding professional standards, employee survey policies and best practices, test validation methods and models, and innovative survey solutions. You’ll consult with business leadership to ensure our survey programs meet business needs and will lead large scope projects.
