DESCRIPTION: Quality check content of fulfillment materials. Coordinate release of work to vendor. Track approvals from business partners. Distribute errors and alert appropriate business partners. Conduct daily meetings to review outstanding items with business partners. Gather and organize information on problems or procedures. Analyze data gathered and potential solutions Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with program. Review and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements. Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used. Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Clear communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must be well organized. Bachelors degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3 or more years of combined experience as a business analyst in healthcare Experience with medical terminology WORKING CONDITIONS: The work is mostly non-confined sitting (employee is free to move about). Work is conducted on the telephone and computer terminal. Visual as well as mental concentration requiring the ability to handle situations under stress is applied. Exposure to risk on the job is limited. The work environment is mostly clean and comfortable, and may include some annoyances such as noise, odors, and drafts.
