MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions of the Position): • Primarily responsibility will be documenting business requirements for a new enterprise Claims System. • Requirements will include both business process requirements and business rules governing data management and interfaces. • Will be responsible for attending requirements workshops and using notes to create requirements documents in the form of dataflow diagrams, swim lane diagrams, data dictionaries, report specifications, business rules. • Create test cases to support testing of the application, interfaces and reports. • Assist with the creation of application training materials. ***send resumes to
