As Senior Business Program Manager, you will be a key member of the team, you will have a voice and opportunity to influence and drive the broader strategic and operational needs of Azure CXP engineering team. We are looking for someone who has a history of strategic thinking and creative ideas, able to identify and overcome blockers and fixed-mindset thinking, works well within a fast-paced environment with few guardrails, and in getting stuff done across a complex matrix of partner teams. As Senior Business Program Manager for the Azure CXP team, you possess the following attributes:

• Collaborating with teams in designing, building, evaluating, and
continuously improving programs and land business direction
across stakeholders
• Proactive, forward thinking and ability to effectively and quickly
synthesize disparate information into clear recommendations,
actions and decisions
• Strategic leadership, organizational agility, ability to impact and
influence senior level leaders across the company
• Project management skills, ability to develop and execute
processes that facilitate collaboration, leadership team
effectiveness and impact
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, cross-team
collaboration, open and honest feedback and interaction
• Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder
planning processes, leading cross-team programs to desired
results, and managing risk
• Ability to rapidly gain/build trust and confidence of internal and
external stakeholders
• Forward thinking and strategic, yet pragmatic and operationally
savvy, with a commitment to a job well done
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills,
• Real-world smart, logical and able to learn new areas quickly
• Technical and ongoing experience working with technical
engineering teams


• Develop and execute D&I plans specific to the organization
focused on evolving culture, increasing diverse representation,
retention and improving belonging and inclusion into all levels
of Azure business;
• Lead and manage organization LT and staff meetings focused
on clear outcomes; develop processes for recurring review of
business outcomes;
• Drive preparation and achieve outcomes for all leader
meetings, presentations, field visits and internal/external
• Develop and drive semester planning processes across the
• Track progress and drive completion of actions across
business in alignment with exec commitments (e.g. SLT,
QBUs) and ROI commitments;
• Ensure budget, resourcing and leadership team capacity is
aligned to top business priorities;
• Drive preparation for all business reviews, capturing actions
and insights, and ensuring ownership follow-up;
• Engage on employee onboarding and develop programs to
enable role/responsibility clarity;
• Understand voice of the organization and employee sentiment;

• Must have bachelor’s degree
• Must have 5+ years of program management in an engineering
group experience
