The Global R&D Senior Change Management Analyst supports the Global R&D Governance teams in implementing robust process & IT systems by providing Subject Matter Expertise on change management and communication in support of the roll out and ongoing management of the global R&D processes and their tools and metrics.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead the development and execution of effective stakeholder engagement, communication and change management from initiation through to ongoing governance of global R&D Processes, tool and metrics across the entire global R&D population
  • Collaborate with R&D Global Process Governance Teams and the global process training and systems/metrics leads on content and messaging
  • Create the Process Governance updates for senior R&D leadership team
  • Establish and facilitate the Global Process Super User/SME networks; equip the networks with ongoing communication to enable them to be effective in their roles, e.g. SME network newsletter with latest best practices
  • Engage with the PepsiCo Global Change Management and Communication networks to ensure R&D change management impacts and timings are understood and to leverage regional communication vehicles.
  • Measure the effectiveness of the communication and change management efforts


Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Management
  • Strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organization culture, and business transformation; ideally with 3+ years of industry experience or human capital consulting experience
  • Overall 5+ years of work experience in change management communications
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading and implementing change management programs for large, global and complex organizations
  • Ability to visualize a holistic communications strategy and craft targeted messaging to various stakeholder groups
  • Champions data-based decision making through effective analysis of large databases; identifies opportunities and communicates next steps/recommendations clearly
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and align peers: collaborate with and influence functional global teams, across levels all levels
  • Command of R&D and Business and Information Systems vocabulary
  • Must be IT savvy; knowledge and experience with PLM tools, ISO systems, Project Planning & Management tools will be very helpful.
  • Strong presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to achieve results through virtual teams
