Senior Circuit Design Engineer

IBM Research is seeking a Senior Circuit Design Engineer to work in Burlington, VT.

The position involves innovating to develop new circuit designs for Magnetic Random Access Memory (MRAM).  Work will involve developing new sense amplifier and write driver circuits, designing new circuit architectures, and designing novel circuits to help develop new physics concepts into useful technologies.  We prefer an innovative, hands-on circuit designer with a proven track record of achievement. The work will be done in conjunction with a diversely skilled team, so demonstrated collaboration and communication skills are also essential.

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related area is preferred.
