East Region Senior Client Success Manager

Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven professional with a track record of providing the best consultative support and business development to clients. You know shopper intelligence, marketing activation and the grocery industry extremely well and are comfortable with shopper data, marketing analytics and client service. You also have the ability to build trusting client relationships and grow the business.

As an East Region Manager within Shopper Intelligence of ODC, you will be responsible for multiple regional grocery clients. You will be responsible for a revenue target of over $6mm of revenue, as well as getting into new channels of business. You will be help lead multiple groups with in ODC including, the on-site team, retail strategy and solutions group to execute the various deliverables such as our Shopper Intelligence Platform, key analytic deliverables that support ad planning, pricing and merchandising as well as our marketing activation events. The focus will additionally be strategic in nature to make sure that each of our grocery partners take advantage of each of our capabilities.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required. Graduate degree preferred.
7-10 years of relevant experience in shopper analytics, grocery industry and client service.
Understanding of how grocery clients work from marketing to merchandising
Demonstrated results orientation and consultative approach
Strong business development skills
Strong energy and drive: self-motivated,
Personal and interpersonal competencies: relating skills, openness and receptivity, integrity and character
Experienced engaging with executive decision makers, strong executive presence and great presentation skills
Organizational agility: communicating effectively, culturally savvy, managing up, down, laterally
Ability to travel up to 40%

Qualifications:
Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.

Drive operational performance goals and will be responsible for achieving quarterly targets in terms of renewal rates to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations. Build team, improve internal processes and systems to achieve operational performance that meets or exceeds goals. Establish and measure group goals and team performance against specific target objectives. Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds on going customer relationships to drive renewals, maximize timely renewals and up sell to the client. Drives client issue resolution by bringing the appropriate resources in to assist or escalating to VP.

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs. Prefer 10 years of professional experience with at least 2 years People Manager experience. Demonstrated experience in package systems implementation (CRM, ERP, Consulting experiences) or client facing relationship experience. Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems. Experience managing high level client relationships and escalations. Industry experience is desired.
