As a Communication Specialist for Capital One Digital, you will be responsible for leading and driving effective, engaging communications strategies that advance our culture and inspire and enable our associates and executives.

  • Own the creative development and execution of communication materials for Digital clients. 
  • Ensure all communications are consistent in tone and brand; focused and accurate. 
  • Establish a positive relationship with executives, partners and stakeholders; collaborate with communicators and clients to help formulate strategy and develop . 
  • Develop and maintain an internal department messaging strategy. 
  • Prioritize work and manage capacity. 
  • Write, proofread, and edit communications. 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience 
  • At least 5 years of experience with digital media tools
  • At least 5 years of branding communications experience
  • At least 5 years of marketing communications experience

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing 
  • 10  years of experience with digital media tools
  • 10 years of branding communications experience
  • 10 years of marketing communications experience
