+ The Global Leader: Marketing Integration for Netwitness will shape the overall marketing strategy, objectives, and tactics necessary to create a compelling marketing plan to engage prospects and customers, and drive accelerated growth. This Director-level equivalent individual contributor is part of the core leadership team for the Netwitness BU along with the sales, product and BU VPs focused on overall BU growth.This role will comprise two parts:
+ You will be the marketing main contact for one of our key business units with RSA. You will work cross-functionally with all areas of marketing to create a complete plan. This plan will include PR, AR, channel marketing, product marketing, events, demand generation, campaigns, field marketing activities, social, web, etc. You will work to align efforts across these groups towards a common marketing goal and shared key performance indicators. You will monitor progress relative to the KPIs and report back to our senior leaders within the Business Unit. You will identify gaps or areas of non-alignment and work to fix them.
+ You are responsible for all top-of-funnel activities and campaigns focused on contact acquisition and leads that progress to meetings and opportunities for sales. You will lead campaigns tied to accelerating the purchase process for prospects (new logos) and cross-sell/up-sell to current customers. You will be accountable to these KPIs across all routes to market from digital marketing & media to multi-channel nurture activity.
+ Both of these parts comprise both strategic work to build the plan and alignment across marketing to tactical execution within market.
+ Partner across Marketing on strategy and vision
+ Responsible for working closing with leadership for the solution area – drive the marketing plan, update & influence these teams.
+ Establish multi-channel marketing goals, objectives, and deliverables to drive and accelerate business growth
+ Provide best in class approaches across marketing, in a high profile role, setting the standard for best-in-class marketing plans to drive engagement and consumer action
+ Achieve contact acquisition and lead generation goals related to top of funnel activity
+ Influence and work with stakeholders across a matrix organization
+ 10+ years b to b marketing experience, preferably within the security industry
+ Experience with lead generation/demand generation and achieving large Marketing Contribution to Pipeline goals
+ Experience detailing bottom up and top down forecast for goals as well as leveraging tools like SFDC to determine actual performance to goals
+ Experience with planning – teasing out the marketing objective and strategy related to the business objectives and tying tactics that align to these objectives, while defining goals for each tactic
+ Campaign creation experience along with digital marketing, nurture marketing, 3rd party media/contact acquisition experience
