The Senior Director, Digital Communications, will lead the continued evolution of PepsiCo's "WorldView" insights practice, which monitors key constituent behaviors and identifies engagement opportunities and optimizations across owned, earned, and paid media channels. WorldView is at the core of our data-driven communications strategy development, driving positive PepsiCo reputation across key business areas.

  • Lead the evolution and roadmap of our PepsiCo Corporate Communications WorldView insights practice, identify key focus areas based on business impact, and lead the strategy and implementation for expansion
  • Act as the relationship lead across various PepsiCo Communications teams (I.e. Sustainability, Innovation, Media Bureau, Digital/Social publishing, etc), sharing data-driven insights and collaborative strategy optimizations.
  • Lead Communications paid media amplification and native content strategy across digital channels
  • Lead and manage the internal WorldView team, along with agency partners (analytics; paid media buying and planning)
  • Partner with internal insights SMEs and key external partners on insights innovation (BETA's; API's; Data sources/Tool Stack)
  • Lead day-to-day issues management along with global governance of issues management
  • Lead recurring reputational analysis by analyzing PepsiCo and competitive social and media activity; lead expansion of reputation analysis
  • Partner with IT on technical aspects of WorldView (the War Room; Data Sources, etc)


  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, Masters preferred
  • 10-15+ years of relevant experience
  • Analytic mindset and insight mining capability a must (ability to distill complex data into clear and meaningful recommendations)
  • Digital Marketing skills and experience
  • Deep experience with analytics tools and synthesis
  • Corporate Communications/PR experience a plus
  • Experience with paid media strategy and audience channel mapping
  • Exceptional internal communications skills both verbal and written
  • Collaborative mindset is essential; experience operating in a matrix environment desired
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and lead cross functional work streams
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for talent development
