The Senior Director of Global Media Operations leads the strategy for Media Operations to optimize for revenue growth and the future state of the media business with Sales leaders. You ensure the satisfaction of our clients, stay current with the industry, and innovate on new ad products. You also manage and create partnerships to advance the business; lead and develop individual and team performance; collaborate across the organization; and manage budgets and resource planning. You articulate vision and action plans clearly in presentations, both internally and externally.
The ideal candidate brings experience in ad operations, client marketing, sales planning, and inventory management and yield, with a foundation in analytics acumen that enables you to understand and optimize data to monetize, interpret, and inform results.
This is a full-time position, preferably at BabyCenter headquarters in San Francisco but possibly in New York or Chicago for the right candidate.
