Coaching and development of a management team of 5-7 direct reports who are responsible for a team of 80 who are handling services selling and services engineering activities.
Drive efficiency into the organizations through process re-engineering of existing workflow.
Develop feedback loop to Engineering on key findings and identified opportunities discovered through the process of re-engineering the workflow.
Develop technology service offerings as supplemental offerings to a customer's service engagement.
Ongoing development of intellectual assets supporting service delivery tools, templates, scripts, etc.
Establish continuous process improvement process as it pertains to SaaS metrics, service selling to enterprise customers.
Drive organization wide SaaS transformation, and establish and maintain an outcome-based services portfolio from sales through delivery
Help expanding customer lifetime value through continuous connection and ongoing value expansion
Work closely with the Services Marketing, Field Sales Leaders, Product Engineering, Professional Services and Cloud Operations.
This position will report to the Global VP of Professional Services.
10-15 years of professional experience with 5-10 years supervisory experience preferred.
BS or BA Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated success in working in a highly collaborative and consultative team environment to address cross-functional issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
Must be able to multi-task and effectively function in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting & strong interpersonal skills.
Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
