Looking for a company that inspires passion, courage and imagination, where you can be part of the team shaping the future of global commerce? Want to shape how millions of people buy, sell, connect, and share around the world? If you’re interested in joining a purpose driven community that is dedicated to creating an ambitious and inclusive workplace, join eBay – a company you can be proud to be a part of.

eBay is where the world goes to shop, sell, and give. Whether you are buying new or used, plain or luxurious, commonplace or rare, trendy or one-of-a-kind – if it exists in the world, it is probably for sale on eBay. Our mission is to be the world’s favorite destination for discovering great value and unique selection.

We give sellers the platform, solutions, and support they need to grow their businesses and thrive. We measure our success by our customers' success. Here are just some of our numbers: 25 million sellers, 1B live listings and 170 million active buyers. We have buyers in 190 countries and we’re a Top 10 Global Retail brand.

Those numbers are important, but here’s what sets us apart…this is why we do what we do. Our vision for commerce is one that is enabled by people, powered by technology, and open to everyone. eBay empowers people and creates opportunity through Connected Commerce™.

At eBay we focus on empowering our sellers, not competing with them. We are building stronger connections between buyers and sellers with product experiences that are fast, mobile, and secure. And we are transforming the individual selling experience to help you turn the things you no longer need into cash you can use.

It’s about being part of something bigger than ourselves. We share a common drive to create uncommon opportunities – economic, professional, and personal. And because our business is about people, we have a passion for what we do. We fight for it, every day.

We employ extraordinary people who do meaningful work that has a tangible impact on the lives of individuals all over the world. And we aspire to make extraordinary things possible for each other, for our customers, and for everyone who comes to work here.

eBay’s North America organization is where it all started and it’s a critical segment of the business. We’ve been doing this for 20 years. And we're just as passionate about it today as when we founded the company in 1995.
