The Brighthouse Financial Experience Design team is looking for a Senior Experience Design Project Manager to manage an annual release calendar of ongoing web enhancements for the Brighthouse Financial consumer and advisor websites. Working with an external engineering partner, the Project Manager will coordinate the release schedule of sprints using agile methodology. The Senior Project Manager will work with team product owners and development leads to prioritize and organize the web site backlog of enhancements, assemble high value, deliverable sprints and coordinate story validation and UAT. They will also work with the engineering partner to coordinate Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform maintenance activities such as scheduled load tests on staging and production environments, risk assessments and automated QA test strategies. The Senior Project Manager will also support larger scale projects as the platform expert and tech liaison through consultation and best practices during the technical discovery and development phases, integrating the enhancement dev team where necessary.
