  • Lead Global Groups and Functions Financial Processes
    • AOP Financial Development (including Smart Spending)
    • Period forecasting process and performance reporting
    • Partner with Finance counterparts to ensure cause of change alignment and detailed understanding of period results
    • Develop consolidated budget and forecast model
    • Partner with various control teams and Corporate FP&A on sector billing process and quarterly true-ups
  • Manage G&A financial processes for Global Beverages Group, Global Snacks Group, Global Nutrition Group, Design, Insights, Commercialization, Strategy, Security, Franchise, Transformation, Sustainability, EVP and Functional Support
    • Detailed Plan Development
    • Period forecasting and reporting actuals
    • Variance analysis - analyzing trends to enhance and validate forecast assumptions
    • Performance management
  • Performance Reporting - Period Operating Review (POR) for Global Category Teams
    • Lead development of period operating review
    • Partner with Finance counterparts and cross-functional leadership to ensure thorough understanding of market share, and operating financials
  • People Leadership for (3) financial analysts - career development, coaching, developing objectives, performance management
  • Build cross functional relationships to enhance business performance insights and ensure reporting needs are met
  • Drive decision making through analytical support

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting with strong preference for MBA
  • 7+ years accounting or budget/financial analysis experience.
  • Ability to effectively interact with senior leadership.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable insights
  • Strong people skills to manage information-gathering requests
  • Results oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner, and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Able to work independently while keeping Manager apprised of progress and issues
  • Comfort with ambiguity as demonstrated by being able to adapt in less-structured environment
  • Strong problem solving capability to figure out solutions to complex issues
  • Ability to build relationships, manage conflict and embrace change
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft products
