Senior Finance Manager, Global Operations Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead

The Senior Finance Manager, Global Operations Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead will partner closely with the VP of Finance - WW Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), the Regional Business Support CoE leads and the Sr. Finance Director, WW FP&A in delivering against both short-term (e.g. success of day to day operations) and long-term (e.g. future value case) objectives. He/she will champion global standardization and communication across the four regional CoEs. In order to facilitate global standardization and communication, the Regional CoE Ops Leads will have a dotted line reporting relationship into the Global CoE Ops Lead. This team plays a key role in defining and developing next generation CoE capabilities, influencing and implementing global standards, identifying cost efficiencies and ensuring consistency across the globe. 

To be successful in driving these initiatives, he/she must demonstrate the Leadership Imperative qualities of Connect, Shape, Lead and Deliver. In executing standardization efforts, the Global Ops CoE Lead will ensure that the appropriate level of input from key stakeholders and external partners are incorporated in developing new standard processes. He/she will also ensure that the teams appropriately challenge the status quo by acting as a change agent who manages risks related to the change as appropriate. Finally, he/she will also ensure that standardization efforts incorporate a global / enterprise-wide mindset that balances short-term versus long-term strategic choices.

Additionally, he/she is also responsible for performance management, addressing issues from the business and certain administrative activities core to the successful long-term operations of the CoE. He/she will play a critical role in partnering with the deployment teams to ensure that deployments are developed consistently with the global service catalog and that deviations are thoroughly vetted and reviewed / approved by the governance team. Additionally, he/she plays a key role in partnering with the WW FP&A Global Process Owner (GPO), the Invoice-to-Cash GPO and the Account-to-Report GPO to resolve service placement issues and in identifying opportunities for closer collaborations across the finance organization.  He/she is also expected to utilize key performance metrics to drive insights and actions across the CoEs, address unmet business needs, challenge the status quo by setting aggressive performance targets, and hold key stakeholders accountable.

The Senior Finance Manager, Global Operations Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead will interact with senior leaders through in-person meetings and presentations in order to provide visibility to the overall progress of the Business Support CoEs.  He/she must be collaborative in nature, have effective presentation skills, be able to build a reputation as a trusted advisor and be a change-agent.  He / she will play a critical role in driving the finance organization toward the end-state vision that the Enterprise Standards & Productivity program has created.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
• A major in Accounting or finance is preferred 
• An MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other financial certifications are preferred. 
• A minimum of 8 years of Finance and Accounting experience is required. 
• Prior people management experiences are required
• Prior experience working in a Global matrix environment is preferred
• Prior project management and change management skills are preferred 
• Knowledge of SAP, Tableau or TM1 is preferred.
• Strong collaboration as well as the ability to deal at a peer level with business units and build productive working relationships is required. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to confidently present complex information to all levels of the organization are required. 
• This position may require up to 20% domestic and international travel.
• This position is located in New Brunswick, NJ or Titusville.
