Senior Financial Analyst

Position Summary:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Medicare Part D organization. You will support initiatives in areas of Financial Reporting, SOX testing, Audit Support, and process documentation. You will complete tasks in accordance with set deadlines and expectations, based on business needs and/or department needs. You will have the opportunity to develop operational expertise in support of business root cause assessment and resolution. You will also perform management testing with respect to compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements which includes monthly review, interim and quarterly/year-end compliance testing. To be successful in this role, you will be expected to interact effectively with peers, managers, clients, and business partners, and should possess skills in decision making, negotiations, problem solving, reporting, and oral/written communication.

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Finance Experience
- 1+ years of MS Excel Experience
- 1+ years of MS Access Experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of finance experience
- Experience in Medicare Part-D
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Knowledgeable in MS Visio, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and SQL.
- Superior analytic skills, with a proven ability to solve complex logical challenges and synthesize data to develop meaningful insights.
- Cross-functional team work, collaboration and strong oral and written communication skills
- Being comfortable interfacing professionally with senior leaders. Strong Accounting background is preferred. SAP experience is preferred

Verifiable bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Degrees in accounting, finance, or other business majors preferred
