The PGIM Controllership team currently has an opening for a Sr. Financial Reporting Associate supporting PGIM Center. Your role in this team will support management and other business partners in measuring and evaluating the financial performance of the business by providing timely, accurate financial reports and insightful analysis of business drivers behind the results, while maintaining appropriate internal controls.

Responsibilities:
•Coordinate the monthly and quarterly Assets Under Management (AUM) reporting in collaboration with PGIM business units and AUM Operations
•Provide insightful and impactful analytics of AUM results to various company-wide audiences
•Collaborate with business partners to research and maintain relevant documentation associated with all aspects of AUM
•Assist the PGIM Center team during monthly and quarterly closes (includes disclosures for the 10K, 10Q, QFS and MD&A
•Respond to audit and external requests and provide well supported material
•Assist in special projects, as well as propose and drive process enhancements
•Responding to various ad-hoc requests
Specific responsibilities for the position will vary over time based on business needs and other factors.Qualifications: Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or reporting
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Proven ability to analyze data and the underlying drivers of financial results
- Experience with Oracle Ledger and/or Cognos reporting tool
