As a Senior Cloud QA Engineer with the Fusion HCM Development team, you will be a key contributor to quality development standards for cloud products. You will work closely with development and QA teams on a variety of products that make up the Fusion HCM suite. Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining HCM ( Human Capital Management) QA environments - Dev Triaging, Automation Daily Runs, Sanity Testing
- Prepare analysis on various HCM, SaaS & Cloud environments
- Prepare test plans and test strategy documents
- Participate in reviews of development document deliverables such as requirements, functional, technical designs, and functional test scripts written by other QA team members
-Develop, maintain, and review functional test scripts according to provided functional and technical designs
-Execute functional test scripts and document test results
-Perform bug fix testing by running a functional test script or creating ad-hoc test cases for affected functionality
-Coordinate with the Product QA management teams and consolidate the test status.
Skills & Requirements:
-Experience in OATS (Oracle Automation Tool) and Java programming is preferable
-Experience in at least one Test Management Tool is required
-Experience in Quality Assurance Cycle.
-Experience in a various reporting and data analysis tools like Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), SQLPlus, etc.
-Experience with Linux or Windows is must
- Experience in analytics reporting tool like RMS report or analytics report is added advantages
-Experience with HCM is preferable or any equivalent Fusion/Oracle product or a comparable Enterprise commercial software product
- Experience with Onshore and Offshore coordination is added advantages.
- Possess experience in agile model
- BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
-6 years of software engineering or Quality Assurance related experience.
Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.
As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
