Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Collaborate with HR partners (Compensation, Training, Recruiting, Associate Relations, and Communications) to design and deliver on key strategic projects
  • Extremely team-oriented, proactive, and strong work ethics
  • Ability to manage up, across, and down in a large matrix organization and win support for change recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrate confidence and poise when interacting with stakeholders
  • Genuine intellectual curiosity and passion for achieving business results;
  • Solid business judgment and leverages facts and figures to articulate points
  • Project Management - complete project assessment, oversee project from start to completion, conduct final analysis
  • Vendor Management - manage relationship with external vendors
  • Plan and manage events - coordination of logistics, etc.
  • Lead and/or partner with diverse cross-functional project teams in support of design and delivery of HR programs and processes
  • Investigate and resolve manager and associate issues

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 1-year experience as HR generalist
  • At least 1-year experience in project management
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced in Microsoft PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or Coaching certification 
  • 2+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist 
  • 2+ years of client facing experience or 2 years of consulting experience
  • 1+ years’ experience working in HR at in the financial services industry or 1+ years’ experience working in HR in the banking industry or 1+ years’ experience working in HR in the consulting sector
