This HR consultant will support our Retail Bank Leaders in Louisiana.
The ideal candidate should exhibit strong communication, influencing, and problem solving skills towards all stakeholders. Areas of focus on the strategic agenda are business transformation though talent management, performance management, organizational design, and coaching.

-Provide strategic HR consulting to three client groups led by VP/Regional Executives (approx.. 1200 associates)
-Lead core HR processes (i.e., performance management, all associate survey) for business unit
-Participate in national and regional business initiatives/projects, lending expertise on people related matters especially Talent Management and organizational design
-Partner with associate relations specialist on AR escalated issues
-Partner with Compensations, incentives and rewards both implementation, support and design
-Handle escalated HR questions/issues regarding benefits, or other HR services
-Coordinate HR work streams on key business projects (Banker Certification, Consolidations and associate development)
-Travel regularly (25%-35%)
-Bachelor's Degree or military experience
-At least 4 years HR experience in Human Resources
-At least 3 years of experience in client facing/consulting
-At least 2 years of experience in project management
-Master's Degree in Business or Masters Degree in Human Resources or Masters Degree in Industrial/Labor Relations or Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology or Masters Degree in Communications
-PHR or SPHR or coaching certification
-At least 7 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or at least 7 years of experience as an HR business partner or a combination of the two
-At least 5 years of experience in client facing/consulting
-At least 5 years of experience in project management
