The HR Senior Coordinator role will partner and support approximately 3,500 employees globally across the Global Supply Organization, ensuring HR systems are updated and accurate while also supporting the global HR team on core HR processes and critical projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Managing and maintaining the integrity of employee data in global HR systems, including auditing and corrections
  • Provide project management coverage for global projects with ability to understand data and insights
  • Proficient with HR Systems (My P&D and Business Objects) to support team HR deliverables, including reporting and system entry
  • Ability to compile data reports and analyze as well as report general statistics
  • Manage the logistics of large and small team meetings, including meeting agenda and presentation support
  • Work with HR COEs to solve complex employee questions regarding benefits, leave and payroll
  • Maintain organizational charts, phone lists and email distribution lists
  • Provide HR support to new hire on-boarding process
  • Develop process improvement and streamline current HR administrative activities and tasks


Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School Diploma/required, prefer Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
  • Prior HR and Project Management experience a plus
  • Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Ability to multi-task and manage through competing priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to handle extremely sensitive and business confidential information
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and within a team environment
  • Proactively work to organize, respond to needs and anticipate what is needed by the individuals for whom she/he supports
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure to include tight deadlines and multiple projects with strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in building a career in HR
