The Line Solutions team within the HR Strategy organization is seeking an experienced HR partner to drive change management, readiness, and communications efforts across our global Line HR organization as we evolve into our new way of working. You will work with HR Leaders and their teams to define both the Line HR work and operating model for delivering HR solutions to employees, managers and leaders of the company. This will involve a great deal of complexity in tailoring global solutions, readiness and change management for both the HR teams and their client organizations.

Key Accountabilities:

Partners with HR Leaders and HR teams to redesign their work and operating model to the new way of working (e.g., Line Solutions).

Lead organizational design, org effectiveness, change management, and implementation plans for assigned client teams.

Design and co-lead readiness sessions and stakeholder communications. Provide subject matter expertise on Line Solutions program and framework of HR roles & responsibilities.

Enable successful adoption of new HR service delivery model.

Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to drive complex organizational change with strong business acumen, people acumen and ability to influence at the CVP/GM level.

Ability to collaborate across varied stakeholders at every level of the organization, using exceptional listening skills and ability to bring together disparate points of view into effective solutions.

Requires strong systems-thinking, data orientation, ability to navigate ambiguity and drive for results.

This is a great opportunity to have a deep experience in Line HR Key Responsibility areas of organizational effectiveness and leadership effectiveness -- through work in org design, HR capability diagnostics & development, change management, communications and coaching leaders in managing change. It also provides the opportunity for a global perspective and to develop your network through partnering with your HR colleagues across all business groups. Through this work, you will also gain deep exposure and understanding for the Solutions at Scale key responsibilities through the work design and operating model - as well as how a new program is created, defined, and developed.

Education and Experience Education Level Required:

MBA/MA in HR degree required. SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred.

Years of Experience Required:

7-10 years of relevant work experience.

Additional qualifications include:

Ability to engage and influence leaders at various levels in the organization

Strong coaching, consulting, and facilitation skills

Demonstrated knowledge of HR laws and legal environment
