The Senior HR Planning Associate role manages the planning and consolidation of core HR process deliverables across global support function organizations.  These core HR processes include compensation planning, performance management, talent & development planning, organizational redesign and other processes across the HR lifecycle.  As a direct report to the Senior HR Business Partner you are accountable for several global support functions, this dynamic role will be engaged in a broad array of areas required to meet functional objectives.  Through planning, analysis and consolidation, the role will ensure the delivery of core HR processes is completed on time with quality in order to realize value. The role will also be engaged in organizational effectiveness and HR projects that require analysis, critical thinking, and process optimization.  Partnering across global function and regional HR Business Partners, internal client groups, and HR Centers of Excellence is imperative to success. 



  • Manage the planning analysis of core HR process deliverables across global functions (including data gathering, consolidation, assessment and measurement of results). Core processes include compensation planning, performance management, talent & development planning, organizational redesign and other HR related processes.
  • Develop and operationalize plans to support the delivery of HR strategies across functions
  • Lead the collection, consolidation and analysis or results leveraging HR reports, templates, and internal HR systems as required to advance team objectives
  • Lead process optimization efforts to drive organizational effectiveness, efficiency and realization of desired results; ensure quality  while making things easier for internal clients
  • Own the creation of operational plans to support HR  deliverables and projects (timelines, communication, execution steps, data gathering, quality assurance)
  • Work closely with senior HR business partner to ensure performance measures for goals and objectives are established, monitored, and reported
  • Develop after-action reviews and oversee the implementation of any resulting redesign or optimization efforts to support effectiveness and efficiency
  • Participate in other HR projects related to organizational effectiveness, global function transformation,  as well as attracting, retaining and developing talent (as assigned or required)


  • At least 5 years relevant business experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related discipline (e.g., Business, Human Resources, Finance)
  • Strong analytical skills (ability to work with spreadsheets, consolidate information, interpret results)
  • Strong organizational planning and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and operate under fixed deadlines. 
  • Proactive and collaborative work style with the ability to influence global partners across departments
  • Advanced technical skills, specifically using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
