Adecco Group, global leader in recruitment of office and financial professionals seeks a Senior Insurance Business Consultant/Analyst for our premier client, a leader in the financial/insurance industry in Bridgewater NJ area.

Duration: 6-month contract

Job description and responsibilities:

This individual should have insurance background. Able to do business consulting and analyst work. Some duties may include designing and running workshops with business stakeholders. Analysis, change management and presentation skills are also important. Ability to be self-driven and proactive.

This position is part a major component of the global operations strategy focused around improving efficiency and effectiveness within the claims organization. The focus of the work stream relevant for this role is how to leverage analytics to drive value for our insureds, group customers and associates. This position is a business consultant / analysis role charged with taking ownership for the development and implementation of applied analytics within our operational processes. This role requires leaders who can quickly master the subject matter expertise, take an analytics opportunity from concept to implemented solution and work with SME stakeholders, the analytics team members and IT partners to deliver real business value.

Key Capabilities Required:

Ability to understand the operational and business strategy and the linkages as it relates to the solutions.
Experience and knowledge of analytics solutions from the perspective of solution conceptualization, design and implementation (not execution of the analytical model development)
Data Warehouse
Business analysis
Ability to drive change within the organization
Design and run workshops
Conduct analysis to generate fact based insights
Project management
Ability to work with all Microsoft products, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project.
